Seedling advice

Hey people. I had these outside and brought them in from a storm the night be for last. They haven't had very much light in cabinet. Their about 3 week old. Could I have disrupted them in any harmful way? I'm curious because I would hate to confuse themas their getting older.
Its looking a bit messy out again today. Should I rush to put them back out? Being the in my Window could I confuse them at this age?

These ladies also reek of skunk though they are really young

Are you planning on putting them in the ground or growing them in pots outside?

Not sure what the weather is like where you are. But for me I have to wait until we have no threat of frost/freezing temps. Early to mid may usually is good to move outdoors

Alabama (C.S.A) I didn't notice any frost or ice all winter here lol.. all trees and grass/flowers are blooming crazy.
