I know very little about fungus but it doesn't really look like it. It's evenly distributed across every leaf. Because fungus spreads asexually it radiates from several regions. This doesn't appear to be the case. If you look at the right most leaf in the picture you can see hairs. Now compare those hairs to the size of the white beads.... the beads are large.
I did my best to look at the beads with a 20x microscope eye piece and they are spherical. It's hard to say what the color is because the eye piece blocked most of the light but from what I could see they were mostly white with a gray hue. The gray could be due to low light levels and so my retinal rods kicked in (they only produce monochrome vision).
