Super score. I have 2 Afghan landraces from seedbanks growing now, but yours is no doubt the real thing. I would consider pollinating some of your better plants and get some genetics going.

i dont know if anyone can tell you what to expect in terms of growth because nobody has actually picked them out of the fields like you! but thank you for your military service --- to say it is not easy being over there is an understatement. one thing i have experienced with afghan strains and even crosses is they have this really musky smoke taste, i dont know why but to me it reminds me of armpits or at least what i think armpits would taste like. however from what i know it should be really strong and the buds come out densely packed.

I am curious what percent of soldiers smoke hash over there? I know the Afghan soldiers do it a lot, even when on patrol.

I say you send everyone on this thread a couple seeds, so we spread the love :).. I live near mex, and we get alot of "Shwag".... But seriously, sometimes I really score some awesome dope, and of course save the seeds.... There was one I grew that was like blueberry and tasted, and looked like compressed cotton candy..... Wish I had more of that..:(.... But really gonna start collecting this "DIRT" weed ppl like to call it.... Alot of it is potential waiting to be grown or possibly crossed...

Yeah, I'm jealous. I'm really interested in breeding, but all I have to work with is seeds and genetics from other breeders...LoL...I really wish I could get my hands on some landrace seeds, grow out a bunch and find a beautiful mother to start creating some strains that I can call my own. Gotta love being an original!

Share them dude, im not begging for some but you could be on to something here, why not send a few to people on here who breed and mess with that side of things. Just a thought. :)

I'd love to get a few of those seeds if youd be will to part with a few. I got a clone of a afghani strain thats been goin around here in upstate NY, Very indica. Not finished with it yet so idk the quality of it but nice strong fast growing plant.

For the poppys, I think you will be ok people prolly wont be able to tell the diff. My mom grows poppys every year so i dont think all poppys are illegal, She doesnt grow the opiums ones tho. There bright orange with black center. Yours are prolly the red ones.

Dutch Passion Recipe for Females

Grow room factors can be manipulated to produce better female to male ratios. The female-inducing recipe to be implemented during the first month of growth involves providing:
1. More nitrogen, less potassium
2. More halide (blue spectrum) and less high pressure sodium (red spectrum) lighting
3. Shorter light cycles
4. A grow medium of 6.6 to 6.8 pH
5. Lower temperatures and higher humidity, plus higher soil moisture
6. Minimized stress (cloning and other stressors can destabilize plants, causing them to go male or hermaphrodite).
