Yeah, I'm jealous. I'm really interested in breeding, but all I have to work with is seeds and genetics from other breeders...LoL...I really wish I could get my hands on some landrace seeds, grow out a bunch and find a beautiful mother to start creating some strains that I can call my own. Gotta love being an original!

I'll tell ya of a good strain to breed with bro..

It's 'Afgahni #1' from Sensi Seeds. I've got one growing know.. not a cross, just a pure 'Afghani #1' from Sensi Seeds. The final product tastes spicy.. like literally it tastes spicy.. and very resinous. It tastes like resin.. no joke either. When you take a hit, you get a very strong resin taste in the back of your throat.. then mix that with the spicy taste.. and its a very good tasting strain IMO.

I have a TON of Afghan crosses too. 9 different strains.. not all of them are Afghani crosses.. but a majority of them are.

peace.

Lolz at the amount of people who think he's gonna just go and send seeds because someone online said so.

OT, thats awesome that you got those out of country man. After hearing my best friend's stories about Afghanistan and the shit he had to deal with Im amazed you got them out. Must have been a different branch of the service then he was in or something. I asked him and he said there was no way he could have gotten things like that back home. All the more props to you man. Hope those seeds grow well for you brother. Can't wait to see some pictures of some ridiculously tight buds lol.

I'm sort of anti-American military policy, as a lot of people probably are.. but that doesn't mean I don't respect your decision to join and serve. You are braver than I in more ways than one. Good job, good score, good luck!

Sensi & Seedsman's Seeds Afghani#1 both suck. Check out med-man's strains, afghan soldier genetics too.Helmand province Afghan Sativa.jpgHelmand province Afghan Sativa II.jpgHelmand province Afghan Sativa III.jpgHelmand province Purp.jpgHelmand province Purp II.jpgView attachment 2684855 Check out the pics/strains a British soldier brought home, pure afghan landrace sativa & indica. The dude with the 500 seed should've grew out 100 & sorted the very best 5-10 males & 5-10 females to make seed. While growing the f1's he should've grown another 100 & repeated the sorting process. This should've been done until all 500 were worked on. I would've had at least 10 different afghan phenos to cross with Thai, Nepali, African, Mexican & many other tropical/equatorial sativas. I would've also kept the best 20-30 males & 30-50 female landraces outta the 500 & continued preservation work.

How difficult is it to swallow a balloon with 30-50 seeds? If I were a soldier, I could get some seeds back home very easily!

Swallow ???

Just stick it in the mail like anything else .

I know very little about MJ . But with poppys some seeds from opium produceing regions will preform very poorly in a different climate . This is why farmers in opium regions almost always save their own seeds , each area will have genetics that have ben specifically breed to their climate

Interestingly enough. I'm in the same situation. Brought about 150 seeds back from Wardak province ad surrounding provinces. Got one sprouted a week ago and I can't wait to see what I'm working with...

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things, the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth fighting for, is much worse. A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
― John Stuart Mill
