Can you give me a little more detail regarding your XS2000 light. Is that a Mars hydro?

Of course I can! It's a viparspectra xs2000 I'll attach the link at the bottom there is a discount code on rollitup under led lighting somewhere. You can purchase from vipar thru Amazon I believe. I was really interested in the ppfd chart it seems to have a good consistent spread assuming you can go by there data. I am currently quite pleased with it so far! Hope that helps!

Sweet. Nice light. I am just starting my first grow in 20+ years (Australia) and started with a 1m x 1m (4x4?) Tent and TSW 2000, which I believe is around 300W. Have read that I may need more light during flower, hence my interest. Your passion sure is being seen in the outcomes.

Happy to see you are back in the craft! 4x4 can be tuff on the wallet for lights. Perhaps you may be interested in these in addition to your current light!
Iv been in contact with customer service and asking as many questions as possible and they're always super nice very helpful. They also seem to have a solid product they use a lot of HLG Samsung stuff like that! I will be using them in the future!

I’m doing my first grow right now with the xs2000 too. I’ve been wondering how well it works over what size area and this is definitely good to see.

You’re running it all full power right? I’ve been slowly increasing mine every day or two in veg to see what they can handle.

Awsome! Yes I actually just hit full power shortly after my 12/12 cycle I used app for my phone to give me a very ruff estimate of my ppfd. I found at around 75 on the dimmer at 30" gave me a spread across my canopy of around 600 in the hot spots. I tried to keep it at those readings until flower stage. Then blame Oooooo

I think my mylar reflection in such a tight space is a pain. All the ripples and dents disrupt the light path and causes spikes in some areas. I believe next grow white walls will go up instead! Thinking panda film or better yet I have some old butcher paper that might do the trick.

Will share a pic or so when I get home. I have not started feeding yet as I just moved my rockwool blocks into the Hydroton basket yesterday. Top feed not running yet. An ounce of water on each by hand is about all. This site is great, as I now know what PPFD, as opposed to PPF is, and that there is an app that I can put on my phone to give me some direction, otherwise I am just shooting in the dark, or the light, you may say. Yes, 4 x 4 with the TSW2000 is an ackward size, it does not leave a lot of space for another light, hence those daisies look interesting. One, or two good strip lights is one solution, to place each side of the TSW2000. Grow on!

Skywalker og for my first indoor. I'm so happy it's legal now nomore being paerinoid so far I have learned that starting a seedling in a 5gal bag is slow, I'm deafenitly doing small cups and transplant if I do seeds again.
now its legal, can you wallk down the streets with a spliff or smoke a bowl in public? or is it in your own home only?

Yeah I thought about paint but I didn't want to muck up my tent in case I want to use it with the lower grade light that reflective material is pretty handy. I was actually thinking about taking the tent off the poles and just wrapping the frame with butcher and then put the cover back on! I have like a 50-lb roll just sitting on a shelf And I thought well it's white somewhat waterproof why the hell not..

Really has been convenient here, we have something called weed maps for those who don't grow. Friends stop asking for pot all the time because they can literally shop online sit on their couch and it's there in 35 to 40 minutes.
