ive just recently learned about this fascinating set of laws under the UCC. looks like i have a lot to learn.

This phrase "without prejudice" intrigues me.

So if i were to sign a traffic ticket "without prejudice ucc 1-207 then my signature, it will protect my basic rights, and i wouldnt be signing my natural rights away? does anyone know more about this stuff?? lets discuss..

I work in a business obtaining 7 to 10 new contracts a day, in a particualr line of work, reresentting 14 different companies.

NONE of the 14 will accept contracts signed "without prejudice" . I know that much for sure.

what about a traffic ticket. by using the phrase "without prejudice" you are not agreeing to the contract. so does it work on a traffic ticket? do you keep your rights, or otherwise sign them away by signing the ticket..

does anyone know more about the UCC?
