So does alchol decarb THC or not?

That post is from a little over a year ago, just wondering if you ever made that 50/50 blend, and if so, how was it? And what method did you use for processing the THCA/CBDA specifically into OILS that was done "cold"?

In order to ingest "A" versions without heat, as far as I know edibles are the only way, obviously smoking it converts it. A few years back everyone made such a big deal about decarboxylation being necessary for any medical benefits from CBD, and now in the past few years CBDA is getting a lot of attention. It's been a challenge for me to find larger scale cold production methods. I tend to make several hundred oil filled CBD capsules at a time, for my own use. I take about five a day, but I find the process of producing them is better done in larger batches.

I have used 1:1 THC/CBD extraction (from thunder struck flower 10%THC/15%CBD)
This flower makes a great sleep med for non cannabis users
Decarbed on the A1 setting on the Ardent FX to activate both the THC and CBD
From reading a little info it appears that CBD that is at least around 10% can decarb along with its counterpart THC at the same temp and time
This is in the Ardent, yet to test this out in the oven

How large of an extraction are we talking?

Batch size is all relative. Most of the instructions I've found online are for making little bottles of alcohol based tinctures, so what I'm doing seems like a lot to me :D .

Recently I've been making batches of 8oz of infused coconut oil, using 4oz of CBD flower per batch. Basically it's the same process as making canna-butter for cooking edibles, except I think I come close to saturating the oil (or possibly I exceed the point of saturation, I'll never know...). That fills about 350 "0" size capsules. The little tray I have that holds the empty caps while I hand fill them from a culinary baster only holds 25 caps, so the process takes a while. When I'm doing it, it feels like a "big" batch, but it's just for me, it's not on a commercial scale of production.

Saturation points have been an enigma
I learned from psychedelic Sam about extraction and reduction
Ethanol can carry a lot of cannabinoids but unsure when coconut/mct or other oils lose their ability of liposomal encapsulation as a carrier
When Badkat covered this subject not many people pushed the limits unless it was medical
Even those numbers in the hundreds sometimes a thousand or more milligrams never seemed to present a problem
People are starting to make super concentrates so this is an interesting subject
I'm A lightweight tolerance wise so a bit out of my league

Edit: Lots of folks process tincture by the liter, dozens of liters sometimes

THC is always decarbing after harvest. In my opinion the best full decarbing is obtained with only patience. When the buds are dry and smokeable, put them in a sealed jar, 4 months minimum. Open the jar back up, it will or should pop. At that point you should be able to just eat the buds, or do an alcohol extraction, no heat would be required.
Give it a try, put a small amount of buds in a sealed jar for 4 months, then open it up and eat a joint or 2 worth. It may take a couple of hours before feeling the effects though. (Natural decarbing is my favorite)
