We like many other countries have a finger in every pie, the Vaccine was developed in Holland and there are others on the way. Also, we are producing antibody therapeutics in Winnipeg and should greatly exceed our requirements, so there should be some for others. The government has put a lot of bucks towards a vaccine by supporting multiple programs with cash and resources. We have production facilities producing various candidates now.

I'm pretty sure we cut a deal for production here and there are other vaccine candidates, this first one requires 2 shots on separate visits and must be refrigerated to -70C. Other vaccines might not have these limitations and we should know more about some soon. With Joe running the show there will be no mad scramble with Donald distorting the supply logistics. Vaccine development was aa shotgun approach with dozens of different candidates and other work too, both long and short term. Every responsible government on earth covered their asses with cross agreements and cooperative development.Found it

Well, I know that an intelligent approach to initial development has been implemented for a country with our economy and as vaccines come online we will have a sensible plan of production and logistics governed by experts, as you will soon have under an adult administration. We are part of an international effort and we have research universities too, good ones, who are part of this large scale effort. With the restoration of responsible American government production of therapeutics and vaccines will happen across the border as it has and continues to do, in spite of Trump.
Most countries will begin by importing the vaccine and America will import it's share before this is over. Next time around this will have military grade attention and support, we won't be caught short again unless you elect another Trump.

An antisocial uncooperative move by a panic stricken fool is not the answer for someone looking to restore America's image and standing in the world. Also acting irresponsibly and gobbling up the worlds supply of vaccines and therapeutics is not impressing anybody either. We will be either producing this vaccine or something more practical inside Canada too, this is early days. Joe will have covid under control before a vaccine is widely distributed with masks and NPIs, as the vaccine rate goes up the infection rate goes down.
This is a world war and Joe is smart enough to know it, WE will not stop vaccinating at our own shores, this one will be for everybody eventually.

America's response has been a fucking disater and when Joe sets you on your feet you can speak among the adults about a covid response. You have 8.6 times our population and multiple times the infections and deaths, your economy is even larger, yet "shit hole" counties did better. What part of the vaccine was developed in Holland don't you understand? Other vaccines are being developed too in America and in other countries.

Greed will be less of a factor with Joe in charge, I'm sorry for having faith in humanity and in Uncle Sam, I know what he can do, I've been around awhile. I want the best for America, the better you do the better we do, it's just that with Canadians in particular, we share your TV and thus the same living room. Also, many like myself have American relatives, so there is blood too as well as fiends.
