Good for you for starting the project.
To answer your question, it was mostly house spiders that started living in one of the nugs because the room wasn't completely air tight. I never saw webs or anything, but later when I chopped down the plant and began to trim I started to see a bit of mold underneath and lost a lot of good bud :/ Some was still good, but a waste none the less. Now I only do tent grows.
Also if you live in a cold place during the winter get insulation for the room, especially under your plant pots.
