Sorry I am late for the show Brother Dawg. I am hoping the popcorn is still fresh though. I have yet to figure out how to sub but I will keep following this and hope you reach your goal.

I have one of the Rena air pumps that I bought about 3 years ago. (Except mine has 2 outlets.) I've been using these particular airstones for about a year now. These cheap ones aren't as restrictive as the expensive micropore stones that have tighter pores. These seem to let air pass through easier. And the bubbles aren't as fine, but I think it's a good trade-off. The bubbles are still pretty small and never get big like you get from typical cheap airstones. For $5 you can't go wrong.
The pump gets warm when it's running, but not hot.
