Awesome man! But question.. For some reason I thought in our uses we didn't want the DI part of a setup? I bought a HydroLogic 200 and a Rubbermaid Brute can on a dolly with an added float valve to be my RO water basin. Figured out real fast I didn't want to keep going to the store for water... One of my best purchases so far.

I just bought an extra 4" fan/filter/muffler combo but the Vortex wasn't available in a 4" so I went with the S&P fan... Wish GrowersHouse carried the S&P TD-SILENT line... It looks like it was made in the same plant as those Vortex fans... I would have went with them myself if they'd offered a 4" version...

Let us know how that Gator works out... Might have considered 6" route with that filter if I had seen it... I like the modular nature...

BTW... For just an air-scrubber... the 4" S&P with a muffler is hella quiet... Has me wondering if I should get a muffler for my main... But it kills me to pay for those mufflers... there's just nothing to 'em...

From My Research The RO/DI System Is The Best For Our Situation.I Also Have 2 TD Silent 150's And A S&P 5inch Fans Along With A 6 Canfan.I Must Say I Love My Td's But The Vortex Looks To Be A Copy And It Was 188.00 To My Door So I Thought I Would Try It Out.As Far As The GreenGator Filter Im Very Excited To Put It In Action

It IS that time of year, i have had some money burning my ass cheek for a couple weeks now... since the PC I have been debating the gators, and the "collar" and only free a few more days. Now im finding myself trying to decide which is a better upgrade.. Lights, filter, tent, or seeds.

RO/DI: Unless you have some nasty shit in your water supply, a quality RO system + a booster pump (increased line pressure removes more harness + increases production). DI isn't that important, although it is necessary to remove Fluoride, which could well be toxic to our girls, unless...

Fluoride can be negated/neutralized by vortexing the RO water, which IMHO is necessary anyway.

By the time municipal water travels through all the pipes to come out of your faucet, it is energetically DOA.

I like your SOG Nets, I might just make some...
In a room with 8 pots and plenty of room for a wheelchair to roll between the 2 rows, Supplementing the quality LEDs over the 2 rows, with a 1000-HPS hanging over the aisle-way works very well !
No SOG, Just tall ladies. Keeping the heat from the 1000hps under control is the important part.

Brother Dawg, I didn't see your instructions for building the SCROG screen. I know how to work with PVC. But I was just wondering how you threaded the string through the pipes. That looks so neat & tidy the way you did it. And is that just regular string?

Whats Up Brother Rolller.First Mesure Your Length And Mark The Center.Then I Measure From The Center Making Marks At 2 1/2 Inches Apart.Then I Tape The String To Homemade Needle Made Out Of Clothes A Hanger.Then I Weave The Screen Through The Holes 1 Side At A Time And I Tie Off To The Pvc.Hell I Will Take Pics Cause Im Weaving A Screen Tonight.
