So, let me see if I understand what you are saying. Under current legislatoin, 18 million people will lose healthcare coverage. But their children can stay on the parent's plan until they are 26. And that's the patient's freedom act.

No lifetime caps. So, young adults to age 26 remain on parent's plan, no lifetime caps on coverage, probably many other benefits that were already part of the ACA. Nobody is required to buy coverage, so the pool of insured just got smaller and sicker, and people have to negotiate on their own with insurance companies without the exchanges. Also medical cost controls are removed. This explains why the CBO estimates coverage costs will go up 25% almost immediately and double within five years.

Also, the main complaint about Obamacare was rates were going up. Med Trump will cost more -- 25% more. And that's his "fix" for Obamacare? Its a fix alright. The big fix is on. Orwell got it right. "Freedom is slavery" when the wrong people are in office.
