So the alternative is to live like a hermit by not ever going online or having a phone to call anyone? Since all of them are horrible companies.
If I went by that same philosophy, I'd have no movies, or books to read either. Or songs. Pretty much I'd just have to chant all day. That seems rather boring.

About the only time it's ever worked for me was when I once called Trader Joe's telling them that I was pissed their veggie "vegan" hotdog was "meatless" when it contained carmine, which is ground up beetles. A few weeks later that ingredient was no longer there, and instead beet juice.
