im 19 and have a little brother . he is 18 , mom just left today for vacation .

she is going a few provinces away . my brother had 4 friends over we all smoked bowls accumulating to 3 gs . and about 5 beers fr person . my brother the 18 year old just left to go 5 blocks to the pizza store.

he and his 4 friends are fucking wasted and my prother is on a court sentenced probation . he was in a adult jail and saw a murder between in mates in front of him . he has been in anf out of group homes sence 14 years old .

many crimes of B and Ds and gang activity.

hes served 1.5 years and been locked up fpr 3 birthdays and 4 christmas's he is curently getting pizza and if caought with the alcohal him and his under age froends

he would go to jail for a year with federal in mates because of his record

me on the other hand am doing great i have graduated HS with a 75 average ar a B . and finished a year at college

he is most likely to get caugth so i cleaned up the whole house .. cops might be by biwing my brother and all

just wanted to vent and im drunk and stoned

Well if I were you, I wouldn't let him do shit. People like him are under the "fuck that/you" mentality a lot, so it would be hard to persuade him to stay him away from that stuff for the time being. Best advice I can give is talk to him one on one when he's sober and by himself. Let him know how you feel about his situation he's in and how he can resolve this.

Otherwise, there's not much you can tell you. Best of luck.

There comes a point when you need to give the little brother the speech and if that doesn't work kick his ass. But really your no better than him, If he sees his big brother drinking and smoking that isn't a good person to look up to.

you guys are so self righteous, saying he is a dick and a bad influence for letting his bro go get pizza with friends. i mean ya you coulda stopped him from going, watched a movie and drank and smoked a bit more, but you let him go and sat on the computer telling us the deal. i mean its all kinda dumb but what can you do about the situation. all you can do is hope for the best and tomorow lay it all out for your bro(im sure he knows but he just needs to hear it from his brother) that he could get in trouble, and its not smart to go out around town drunk with friends and that your really worried about him

Stop bitching at the guy, he shouldn't have to look after his brother who is legally an adult. If the kid fucks up, it's entirely his fault, he's old enough to make decisions on his own.

its a wierd situation . hes been in group homes and kids jail for 6 years and has been in a real jail for 1 . 5 years . he has no sence of right and wrong it seem. this morning he had another 7 beers and was totally trashed and went to a concert in a local park . he and 3 of his underage friends are bringing 6 beers easch IN THERE BACK PACKS .... i told his hes fucked if he gos because of security and cops

he went .. his life his responsBILITYS if he wants to go its his ass on the line . he knows where the path leads him
