It's nothing to worry about. I personally am not doing anything illegal.. I have an ailment and a pricey little permit that says I can do what I do. But for those that are doing it against the law as long as you don't have hundreds of plants they don't really care anyway - and even if you do get busted it's a slap on the wrist if you get a good lawyer. Besides if enough people are doing it eventually they will realize they can't stop it... someday it will be legal for everyone.. over 21 of course.

you get busted for some reason........

they seize your computer as evidence........

they go thru your files and find your pics..........

they use it as evidence...................



that's what i see happening. i don't think they are going to bust you by tracking you online but if you do get busted i can see them using the computer and it's files as evidence against you.

^^ agreed. Especially if you have cable internet, your IP adress changes all the time, and that's the only way they're gonna track you online.

That's why everyone should invest in a piece of software called "Jetico BestCrypt".

You can make a partition on your Hard Drive, however big you like. It uses standard military grade blowfish encryption. I know it works. Many years ago, I was caught doing fraud (online banking) I kept everything incriminating on my bestcryp encrypted partition. They hassled me for months for the password to it, I never budged. They couldn't crack it. Half my charges were dropped.

I do the same for any cannabis related material. Even Firefox runs off the encrypted partition, so the cache, internet history is unaccessible.

The way I see it is, if I got busted they would have more than enough evidence with the 50 plants i have growing. Fuck the pc thats additional they would still screw me for the plants.

I've been smoking for over 30 years now, growing for 15 and never been in the trouble with the law except for a couple of minor speeding tickets. I live in Canada where our laws are different, am applying for my license to legally possess and grow. I live in the country where we only have 2 neighbours. Both of them know of my medical illness and know I smoke and are perfectly fine with it. Both are retired and have no kids. I'm not in their face about it, don't have people over, no parties...and they like me.:clap: The postal worker who delivers doesn't come to our house but delivers way down the road. :clap:There's over 100 acres of forest around us. :clap:We have a gas station, a church and a little store. PERIOD!!! Yes it is possible I could get busted BUT I certainly am not going to go into a panic over it. :o Besides in a few months I will be growing legally. :clap:

I get paranoid every once in a while, a helicopter will be flying really low.....and it seems like my house is shaking for 5-10 seconds longer than it would take for it to fly over normally....I assume its some kind of thermal imaging.....but fuck them....it was balls hot outside and my shits air conditioned.

I think I'm going to buy a little cheap house somewhere in Cali.....somewhere in the middle of nowhere...establish residency, get a medical license, build an op all over the house...or at least however many plants they'll let me have......and just fly out to check on it weekly, better yet find someone I can trust whos local to maintain it when I can't...

I've got waaay to much to lose (state licenses, etc) that become invalid as soon as you get convicted of a felony....but I honestly believe that if I got busted, my 6 plants wouldnt make me look like commercial grower...and my girlfriend had serious spinal surgery...I have a feeling it wouldn't be to hard to get out from under...but I don't ever....ever want to find out. While I'm thinking about it, if you have the cash, I keep a minimum of $10,000 somewhere you can easily access, but not necessarily in your house, that way as soon as your door comes down, you can offer them the cash, tell them you'll destroy the op, none of this ever happened and you've managed to avoid losing everything you've worked for....because you were growing some fucking plants.

The helicopter flying over my house would do it for me BUT who has 10 grand to bribe a cop? I guess it could come in handy.
