Yep.... and that's where civil war comes into play in terms of States rights vs. Federal law.

Even though CA has laws that allow Medical Marijuana.... if the Feds want they CAN and HAVE come in and make/made arrests. In terms of marijuana it hasn't really been a huge hot button issue (nationally).... but just wait until the Feds try to take away guns at a Federal level.... OH HELL FUCKING NO... it will NEVER happen. The NRA (of which I'm a card carrying member) will never let this happen.

Honestly I'm not really worried about the Feds getting our guns because who exactly are they going to send out to round them all up? Hell we can't even guard 2000 miles of our Southern Border.... but magically some task force is going to cover 3.9 MILLION SQUARE MILES to get our guns? ROFLMAO.... that just ain't gonna happen! I was joking with a friend about this and said.... "my guess is that after the first few groups of this task force disappear from the planet without a trace they will give up".

They aren't getting our guns... not now... not ever.

One of the many reasons I left CA for FL is the difference in gun laws. If the South ever does rise again... it will most certainly be over our rights to bear arms. :D

i totally agree. they don't have the means of taking all our guns, and it would most certainly cause a civil war..... but i can't help but think they are going try, and do it kicking and screaming

People gotta remember 90% of americans got a gun......80% of that 90% will stand up and shoot feds for trying to take them because they are invading ower homes to take our property... I would look at it no different then a punk stealing my shit and so would the rest of america and not to mention all of our soldiers prolly wouldnt fight the people of there own contry...I see Hilary trying to take guns away but I also see .50 cal sniper rifles going off the shelves quicker then they can make them if it comes down to that...

She would proly not make it threw the speach considering the circumstances of it starting a civil war...She would be at the top of everyone list. Civil war would be crazy though wold be the first time in a LONG time Americans came together and stood for there rights....It prolly wouldnt be a smart idea for the government I dont think they would even try to bo honest.
 
but they already are trying to ban guns, at least in Illinois they are, because of the stupid fucker that shot up NIU..... yet they also have a bill that would allow everyone to carry a concealed weapon..... they just can't make up their minds, and hopfully they never will come close to it, cause like you said, HUGE uprising.

ahhh. nice. I travel all the time through the hole state, especially during the warm months. I live in northern, but also own property way down in the southern part.
