Do you know how difficult it is to make a head shot? I imagine the foot would be even more difficult. Anybody who had ever had ANY firearms training is trained to aim for "center mass" (the chest/abdomen). This is the best way to stop a violent subject and have the best chance of hitting your target.
Center mass is a hard enough shot to pull off from halfway up or near the rear of the theater with a small caliber handgun. I would guess most folks with carry permits would have trouble making it first shot; never mind the head or the foot. I know under stress with smoke and a movie running in the background wouldn't help either. This is beyond normal target practice and most if not all state qualifications. I have no problem with people that carry concealed weapons if it's all legal and they are well trained. Personally I don't own a gun at this time but have been well trained.

I admit to not really paying attention until he told a story about working at a bio-med disposal company and bringing hands home now and then to freak out his roommate. This just can't happen if it did, that was somebody's family member's remains he was fucking with. So either he was a liar or a disrespectful necro mutilator. I was not impressed with my choices.
