Im curious as to how much longer i have until they start growing pistils/sacs. They're at about 3 weeks now. Any tips are appreciated

obviously its too early to show sex, otherwise you'd already know aye?

After 6-8 weeks in veg they show sex so you got 3-5 weeks.

Dude , it's on it's 5th set of leaves . You have a long time before it shows pre flowers , I have had them show me at one month before but they were much farther along at that age then your's currently are. Like dude above me said , you have at least a month , prolly longer depending on the strain ....BB
