Your analogy is stupid. The customers don't short the FHA on interest rates.
your existence is stupid.

trump made it harder for americans to buy and own a home and fattened up the pockets of his rich banker buddies like steve mnuchin.

probably just a coincidence that the goldman sachs billionaire got a cabinet position after donating so heavily to trump, definitely not a corrupt pay for play thing.

keep carrying their water, cuck.

$231 a month.

over 4 years, about $11,000 into PMI.

say, what would the taxes be on withdrawing $25,000 from a 401k? and how much interest would be lost by withdrawing that much?

math is hard.

no wonder you live in a trailer.
IDK what are the taxes on withdrawing 25k? Early tax, then income tax at the end of the year, depending on your bracket, how would

according to http://www.bankrate.com/calculators/managing-debt/annual-percentage-rate-calculator.aspx 25k as a mortgage is gonna cost you 43538 at current interest rate 4.11. Savings of 18538
You needed around 50k to save your PMI of 11k so 25k would have saved you 5.5k

So far we're at a savings of a little over $24k.

What'd you come up with, some futures market?

What ever equity you had has withered away, much like yourself. Leaving you a shack that a bank wouldn't loan on, period.
That statement rules you out of ever becoming a banker, realtor, or assessor. Appraisal came in 14% higher than assessed value. And it's bought and paid for. Shack? Ya not so much.
