IDK what are the taxes on withdrawing 25k? Early tax, then income tax at the end of the year, depending on your bracket, how would

according to http://www.bankrate.com/calculators/managing-debt/annual-percentage-rate-calculator.aspx 25k as a mortgage is gonna cost you 43538 at current interest rate 4.11. Savings of 18538
You needed around 50k to save your PMI of 11k so 25k would have saved you 5.5k

So far we're at a savings of a little over $24k.

What'd you come up with, some futures market?
where'd you learn to do math? the same place that taught you a trailer was a wise investment?

40% tax on early withdrawal of $25k for a 401k is $10,000.

No really, every other person I talk to seems to have some foreclosure story complete with home equity loans.
I've seen similar. It's astounding. Run up high bills ballin which is unsecured debt. Than double down dumbass refinance their home which is secured debt. Now the home is collateral for the ballin. And...... it's gone

This was a game of who can make the higher number off your $25k

I'm at $23.5k in savings
You're at $10k in penalties

If you tell us what tax bracket you are in then I can help you make your number a little higher.
i really should have paid $10k in taxes and missed out on thousands in interest to avoid that $11k in PMI.

or maybe just hand them a fat stack of cash. that wouldn't draw any attention.

interim manager trum made it more expensive for the american people to buy and own a home.
...by an estimated $50 a month. That extra $600 a year hurts the average family.

But the illegitimate interim manager in the White House could not possibly care less about the needs of the average American family.

We'll see plenty more proof of this in the weeks and years to come.
