I remember seeing setups like these in old High Times magazines. There was an epic one that was a cylinder dug into the ground and it was hydro like a nft setup. Prohibition grows were badass. Now everyone has the same setup they bought off amazon lol
What kind of installation is this?

It's very simple, I can help you with this.
Thanks. My flower room is a room, no tent there. I only use tents for veg now. Nothing wrong with tents per se, but I like to build my own things. And I'd like to add some automation or have the option to automate veg partially at least. I know what I need to do, and what I want to do, just a matter of time and money, but it's a project I'm already committed to. My entire grow room area is going to become like a secret room, bookshelf hidden door thing... not that it needs to be hidden, but I kinda want some James Bond shit going on lol. Anyway, I've got it planned, but lumber aint cheap these days

It was a large setup. Completely custom. Was probably like 6 ft (2 meter) diameter, and 10 feet (3 meters) deep. They made circular nft channels, maybe 10 of them, hps bulbs in the middle. It was completely underground, covered by like a fake grass/plant top. It was genius prohibition grow stuff.

My installation, which I want to launch into production someday, is 85 cm wide and 1.8 m high, it is intended for home use. We made drawings down to the smallest detail. It is assembled like a Lego constructor. Before the war, I wanted to find investors or partners to produce this installation on an industrial scale. I was well acquainted with the Mars Hydro company before, they were my sponsors. I talked to the CEO of Mars Hydro, they refused.. They say take whatever you want from our store for free and advertise on YouTube, we do not do such installations, he did not even listen to me to the end....

I can not develop my project in any way, because everything comes down to money.))

If I help someone with advice or my brains, I don't take money for it, don't worry.)) That welder guy from Israel with the installation from reinforcement)), I didn't take a penny from him.

If you have any questions, contact me!

This installation was disguised as a lawn. Did I understand you correctly?

Here's a little sneak peak of that I have in the pipeline
What are the cutouts in this shape for?

This is the first time I see such a system. I don't fully understand it, to be honest.))

Why are such large channels needed?

Will there be a valve there?

P.S.: you have a great workbench. I really miss one like that.))

Looks like he's making a hybrid type of NFT (nutrient film technique) system, crossed with a low pressure aeroponic system. Guessing there will be spray bars with misters running inside the rails, like stinkbuds' Aero/NFT plans call for. https://rollitup.org/t/harvest-a-pound-every-three-weeks.116859/post-1421446

Its possible to go vert with these types of hydroponic setups too! ;)

This reminds me of a company started by a professor in Wyoming, who built units that looked just like that. His had wheels and quick release connections.
