Nice now tell me how it's a problem in the rest of the world.
Referring to @mixchemical 's post, please tell us why the people of this country need more guns to defend themselves.I could go on...by the way, some of the people executed in Cambodia were the parents of friends.

What we need more of is responsible gun ownership. I grew up in a family where guns weren't just looked at as weapons, they were tools that had their purpose like any other tool or piece of machinery on the farm. When you grow up seeing firsthand the destructive power of a big rifle you learn to respect that gun as a lifesaver and a lifetakerReferring to @mixchemical 's post, please tell us why the people of this country need more guns to defend themselves.
Well said.there is to many known unknowns: this is the best data I could find " A .40-caliber gun was recovered from the floor of the back seat behind the driver, along with a security officer's gun belt belonging to the victim's boyfriend" and that he was not in a car seat. Or buckled in I'm guessing. a two year old NOT in a car seat
he could not of had the palm of his hand on the grip, and still pull the trigger. He had to remove the weapon from the holster, and turn off the safety. assuming it was on.
place the gun on his lap, or the back seat, guessing average trigger weight of 5lbs. so, he might of used both hands to pull the trigger.
and he did this with: his mom, grandma and 1 year brother all of which noticed nothing.
the gun IMHO, is the last of a long line of irresponsible actions and events, leading to this awful scenario.
..yet some how the gun is the focus.
I own several guns and I'm no coward. I grew up in a culture where guns were just a part of life, to be used for hunting, target practice and when it came to it, as protection.cowards like owning guns, makes them feel tough.
No but people should be able to own whatever firearm they like too after all McDonald's has killed much more than Smith and Wesson. So, you don't think individual people should be free to chose what they ingest or not ?

I never brought a gun with me in the car unless I was hunting. I do have a knife on me when I go out though so I'm more likely to cut you up. Really more likely to just knock you the fuck out unless you pull a weapon.cowards like owning guns, makes them feel tough.
Shit happens.Tell me more how people in the USA needs guns to protect themselves.
Yes, I know i'm gonna get hated on for this.

that post is kind of double read.So vets that own guns are cowards? And vets who own guns need them to make them feel tough?
Yes there are dumbasses who play with guns like they are toys. Those are the people who end up shooting themselves in the foot for not treating a gun with respect and make us responsible gun owners look badthat post is kind of double read.
I didn't read it like that, I took it look the douche that waves the gun around any chance he gets, and will have it on the table when you come over and constantly cock-n-rack it over and over.
