From CNN. Emphasis mine.

  • The Kremlin denied it was involved in the Wednesday plane crash that may have killed Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin, calling such speculation "an absolute lie." Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said genetic testing is underway to confirm whether Prigozhin was on the plane.
“We need to know if we got our guy in the op that we categorically deny having executed.”

Too late for me. Not that I drink Heineken but over the past couple of decades they bought a few brands I liked, like Affligem.

I mentioned it before, daughter of Freddy Heineken, Charlene de Carvalho-Heineken is 25% owner and the richest person in NL (~$15billion) so that 300mil is nothing.

The reason they exit now is because the poor excuse Russia would take ownership no longer flies - they do that anyway:

So f 'm.

While taking a shit I noticed there are 124 sheets of (2ply) to a roll of toilet paper, so if you paid $1 per roll of toilet paper, each sheet would be worth about as much as the ruble will be soon, maybe more! It could reach a point where it is cheaper for Russians to wipe their asses with rubles than use them to buy toilet paper. In short there is no profit to be made there the money is worthless.

It looks like a major milestone; the mines should be fewer the further in they go, the Russians have to be able to move behind their own lines. The impressive earthwork defenses are machine dug and largely unmanned, where they are, morale is at rock bottom with logistics cut off. Superior Ukrainian artillery, drones and counter battery radars are slaughtering the Russian guns when they dare fire. Reports say the Russians have no reserves and this appears to be the critical point in the battle.

Finland is a country with a population of 5 and a half million and look what they are giving, and they are by no means alone. America has not had such enthusiastic allies since WW2, the cause is just, and all free people agree. It is the geopolitical bargain of the century and Ukraine is the most enthusiastic and determined ally of them all, as they should be. Makes ya wonder why the magats are sucking Russia's ass, do they expect election help from the Russians again? So does the CIA and FBI!

Sort on cash, keep the big cities happy (Moscow and St Petersburg).

Banks have suspended the issuance of rural mortgages
Russian banks stopped issuing preferential rural mortgages due to an increase in the key rate to 12%. This was reported in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

“In connection with the increase in the key rate to 12% and in order to prevent exceeding the limits of budget obligations, authorized banks have suspended the issuance of rural mortgages,” the Ministry of Agriculture reports on your website . It is noted that the issuance of mortgage loans will be resumed after the key rate is lowered.

The Central Bank of Russia raised the key rate to 12% due to the depreciation of the ruble . After that, interest rates on deposits , savings accounts and mortgages increased in commercial banks .

Sucking up may just save you. No link to the rebelion on the 24'th and being killed on the 24'th?

Lukashenka answered the question of who could have killed Prigozhin
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he did not know who could prepare an assassination attempt on businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. However, he is sure that it was definitely not Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

“I can't say who did it. I won't become a lawyer even for my older brother. But I know Putin. This is a prudent, very calm and even slow person, making decisions on other, less complex issues. Therefore, I cannot imagine that Putin did it, that Putin is to blame. Too rough, unprofessional work, for that matter," Lukashenka said, Belta reports.

The Embraer Legacy plane, on which Prigozhin was supposedly on board, crashed on the evening of August 23 in the Tver region. All ten people on board died in the crash , their bodies have not yet been identified .

PMC "Wagner" redeployed to Belarus after the armed rebellion arranged by Prigozhin in Russia on June 24. To resolve the situation, negotiations with the businessman were conducted by Lukashenka.

OK, don't laugh.

Lukashenko says Prigozhin never asked for security guarantees, was previously warned of impending assassination attempt
Autocratic leader of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko told journalists that Wagner Group founder Yevgeny Prigozhin never asked him for security guarantees, reports Belarusian state-run news agency Belta.

According to Lukashenko, he was not required to guarantee Prigozhin’s safety.

I am not supposed to ensure Prigozhin’s security. That’s the first point. The second point is that we’ve never spoken along these lines. Thirdly, I want you to remember that [the issue of] security came up twice. The first time was when I called him and negotiations were underway as they marched on Moscow. I told him, “Yevgeny, do you understand that you’ll get people killed and that you’ll die yourself?” In the heat of the moment, this person (who just came from the front): said, “The hell with it, I’ll die!” I say “Yevgeny, I’ll send you a rope and a piece of soap.” “No, no, no, not like that. I’ll die a hero.” That’s how the first conversation went. The second time was when he came to me with [Wagner commander] Dmitry Utkin. I categorically warned them: “Guys, watch out.”
He also said that Russian President Vladimir Putin wasn’t involved in downing Prigozhin’s plane.

I can’t say who did it. […] But I know Putin. He’s a prudent, very calm, and even slow-paced person when it comes to addressing other, less complex issues. That’s why I can’t imagine that Putin did this, that Putin’s to blame. The work is too rough, unprofessional, for that matter.
Lukashenko added that Wagner Group “will live in Belarus, no matter how much someone wouldn’t want it.” According to him, together with Prigozhin, they set up a system for Wagner to be located in Belarus.

Lukashenko also said that he received information of an impending assassination attempt on Prigozhin while the Belarusian president was last in the United Arab Emirates. He said that they summoned the Russian ambassador and gave him information to pass along to Putin and FSB director Alexander Bortnikov. According to Lukashenko, he later checked with Prigozhin to see if the information had reached him, who reportedly confirmed that Putin had warned him about the assassination plot.

For those idiots who think they can make a deal with Putin this was a kick in the nuts, this is what a deal with Putin looks like. There is only one way to deal with Putin, kill the cocksucker, or have the Russians do it for you out of self-preservation. Break the military and break the economy because his replacement will likely be no better. Using up the vast supplies of arms they inherited from the soviets and cutting off trade and relations with the west will remove the threat for the long term. A catastrophic defeat and being driven from Ukraine after a long attritional war is the way to achieve this IMO.
