The people of the country want this and the west will have to stab them in the back to get them to agree and we've done that once too often. Zelenskiy could not and would not, even try to change their minds and if we pulled the pin on them it would cause NATO to break apart and create a larger war.

How about compensating Russia for their losses and returning all the frozen money?
