They were large cheap FPV quads capable of carrying a big enough payload and cost a couple of hundred bucks each when bought in bulk from Alibaba. They can use a variety of control radios and video equipment, even a military communication package, receivers are the size of your thumbnail.

With 97% of the Russian army in Ukraine getting slaughtered and Russia economically on the ropes, I don't think the Finns have too much to worry about. They are the last ones Vlad would want to fuck with at this point, they too have claims on territory the Russians now hold from a war of aggression, one in which they too slaughtered an incompetent Russian/Soviet army!

Two different suicide FPV strikes, one takes out the door and the second one goes in, the thing sticking out in front is the trigger switch, when it hits something, boom. I've seen stiff contact wires used too; the pilot arms the bomb when they approach the target of after takeoff. They use cheap analog video systems and reception is sometimes not favorable due to terrain or the operator in a trench.
