Dogmatist.
That is the only term I can come up with which fully encapsulates the depth of duplicity of a career law enforcer who is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt of being in contempt not only of a court, but of the very laws he would rather not discuss. This man is not ignorant and I believe he does understand the law. He actively seeks to undermine it. This is not by any means the first case of a fox being invited to the hen house by the current illegitimate regime.
He's not ignorant. I have known it since I read his comments after Jared Loughner shot Representative Giffords. He very eloquently blamed Democrat voters and "their vitriolic rhetoric" for fueling hatred. I respectfully disagree with you. He's no moron, he'd just rather appear to be one than to be obvious in his double dealing.
