That wasn't the government it was a utility company. BIG difference.

Edit: What you didn't tell was he had his utilities turned off because of non-payment and he had a 5-figure savings account.

Not that much different, hospitals aren't government run, the woman died because of government policy. Now Bay City has a law preventing people from getting utilities shut off in the middle of the winter. I don't know anything about his bank account.

I do I lived in MI about an 1.5 hour away. He had money, just didn't want to pay his bill. MI has what they call the Warmth Fund to help people who can't pay. He never applied.

There is a big difference between a company and a government. Don't you have government controlled healthcare?
