BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police officers responding to the sound of gunshots near an apartment building fatally shot a man who fired at them with an AR-15-style rifle, authorities said early Friday.
No officers or anyone else was wounded in the shooting Thursday night in a neighborhood on the city’s west side, police spokesman T.J. Smith said. He added that it wasn’t immediately clear why the man had started shooting.

Police said a man legally carrying a concealed handgun shot another man armed with an AK-47 who’s suspected of robbing a Waffle House in Texas.
DeSoto police identified the suspect as 26-year-old Antione Devon Cooper. He was found in the parking lot of the Dallas-area restaurant around 2:30 a.m. last Thursday, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Of course this can't be real, all good libs know a bad guy with an AR15 or AK47 is impervious to bullets fired from handguns.
