What aerial craft delivers a thermal scan?

seriously. common sense leads me to believe that it would be done by plane far above any hearing range. But there's this damn helicopter around my street right now moving really fucking weird.....

it will only detect surface temps if ur roof or foundation is hot it will show best way is to run lights during the day youll be fine

I don't believe they need a warrent to use it. Buy useing it And finding big heat sigs would grant them right to get a warrent.
