for the scumbag piece of shit I know that got caught, slap on the wrist.
I know another older guy with quite the record. just got caught with some plants. I think he got a manufacturing charge and its like 6 months probation or something he got and 5000$ to lawyer... I think MAYBE 3 months in jail at most is his worst case, and thats only because his record will dry out the printers ink cartridge.
im curious to see what others say....

I read somewhere on this forum someone saying it's legit in bc to run oils, I can't imagine that being true at all. If anything it's just not defined, here in the lower mainland of BC it's not hard to accuse two beakers sitting on a window sill of being a meth lab if you keep enough mason jar's with strange liquids in them. I really would like to know if it's defined in anyway cuzz my dam health canada paper says dried marijuanna is the be all and end all and if i tick the "oral" box that means I'm going to deep throat kola's according to our government. All I can say is I havn't seen any door's get kicked off over edibles or oil, doors just get kicked off once you leave the downtown radius.

So until i read something I can show in court, I would assume any oil maker could be made an example of.......... I thought it was why no canadian oilmaker's seem to have any serious youtube channels.

8 years in California, is what I was facing. That's w no victims and if any deaths occur on behalf of manufacturing. It is treated like a meth charge for its explosive nature and wide spread structural fires accross the west coat at a rated of 8 per week. They are making examples of people, but my methods comply w FDA, EPA, and are Non-Flammable and non-toxic. Its also a green technology to use co2 as a solvent and had beat manufacturing charges by being eligable for a Federal Grant from NSF. DA Rejected my case after I made a statement that proved the words I spoke when being handcuffed " None of this shits gonna fly in court". To the deputy sheriffs surprise, they seen me on the streets less than a week later, and have led to this love hate-respect ultimately. They wave to me instead of tossing my shit up now. So I walk the streets packing like this these days.
