Is a cop supposed to sit inside his car and not persue a felon? After he was ATTACKED INSIDE CAR, it is his job to make the arrest. Kid turned towards cop after realizing he couldnt get away. Albiet cop yelled for kid to stop moving towards him before firing...
Also, a cop would never allow himself to risk losing his firearm. So what do you want cops face to look like? Should he have broken nose and bleeding? If cop allowed kid to get into his personal space again aggressively to do more damage then he would have been over powered and kid would take firearm LIKE TRIED 20 seconds previously.
The officer clearly realized he was not a match for someone 2× his size and kid already showed he would use any means to escape situation, cops job to pursue and kid came back towards him. Wtf does anyone think would happen.
REGARDLESS, a grand jury of OUR peers decided not enough evidence to go forward. So STFU about it. This is how our country works. If having dozen of random people of random race and random lifestyles all thinking the same thing isnt good enough over YOUR opinion then find somewhere else to live cause thats how our system works. End of story.
Some of you would rather believe a cop drove up to a black kid and pulled him into cop car to fight with him threw a window while kid is twice his size, so he could randomly shoot the innocent kid in public daylight in front of 30+ witnesses.
It just so happens to be coincidence that kid just robbed a store, punched cop and then reach for his gun and then attempted to approach cop again... you find a peraon dumb enough to randomly do those actions to a cop and NOT expect to get shot.
Lastly, its funny how these people who are throwing rocks and rioting , get tear gassed and start crying and begging for police help. You cant have your cake and eat it too.
Peole next to you are tipping over a car then move away from them cause clearly they are going to get tear gassed or hit with some sort of weapon. Dont cry if your arrested either.
