I am dealing with the same issue. I have been flowering myne for a week and still no signs of sex, so I think they should be ok. Yours have already starting flowering which ive heard is ok as long as you dont wait too much longer. Did you say you havent started flowering yet? what day of veg. are you on?

makes sense, but can you elaborate on what happened. You said you accidentally went into flowering, and then saw the hairs the next day. How did it show so fast, and only in week 4? super seeds I guess.

LOL i actually forgot or sleptin a few times over its life span lol about 3times or so. But other day i left it of for a good 12-14hours, then next day i noticed the hairs. I didnt expect that as i thought it takes alittle bit before they do. Super duper seeds i guess ;) wasnt planned anyways thats for sure. Saying that only 1 has sexed.

im using 2 part dutch master ferts and they work fine for me. Much better than the cheap stuff that came with the cabinet. I have not tried to much other ferts, so hopefully someone with more exp. on this gives you a hit. Congrats on the fems, I got some myself. check it out.

didnt come of much, like u say flowering period not ment to take cuttings. Thought id try it lol as was only first day of flowering, 12/12. so if u want cuttings from a good female, do u have to convert it back to 18/6 after harvest??

getting alot of white hairs now. BTW 1 was a dam male so only 2 females. starting to notice 1 or 2 kinda brown hairs, obviously abit singed lol apart from the drooping looking good.

Heres pics from when plants were all sexed, 4 july 07.
The 2 females

And one dead male lol

Now, heres a pic with drooping problems. One pic is what they look like just after the 12dark, and the other with the light on after 12hrs.

Update on drooping.

Even though new soil is only 2weeks used, i decided to add fertz as it wasnt anything else and nothing has changed. 1-2hrs later plants have perked right up. So 3 things ive noticed so far:
1> Underwatering = Plants will droop leaves from the bottom, up.
2> Overwatering = Plants will droop from top, down.
3> Underfert = Plant looks healthy but leaves only droop.

Sup man. Kickass grow i must say. Mine are a few weeks behind yours. I just found this forum and its nice to see i wasn't the only one with leaf curling up problem in the beginning. Yours look alot better than mine tho. I just started 12/12 yesterday. I have 4 plants but have yet to see any pre-flowers. I think i might revert the plants to veg once males are sacrificed. Ive seen some picks of bending plants and think i might try that in hopes to get 2 main stalks in Y formation. Check it out

Im pretty sure the 2 on the right are males. The leaves and and plants in general just look alot skinnier with smaller, thinner leaves. The very bottom leaves are a bit scared from over-fert, but we all make mistakes. Do you think they look a bit underwatered? I use a 10"round 8 Inches of soil deep pot. I water till a little water comes out the bottom, then let the soil dry out to about 2" down (2-3 days)

HI smokez, your plants look ok to me bud. Dont stand them in water though, i saw u got trays underneath? I water mine from top with a homemade watering bottle lol then every 2-3days i give a good watering from underneath (soak bottom for around 10mins, or untill water is gone) your leaves seem shiny? more than me anyways.

Now uve switched to 12/12 the sexes will start to show themselves. You wont know till u start flowering. Females will show little white hairs whereas males looks like buds, like a raspberry.

have u started ur own grow journal? if not keep me posted on your plants :)

sorry sas back to cuttings! i take cuttings from all my plants 6 from each usally but then mark which ones come from which plant then when they go into flower and show signs of sex if there is males i scrap the cuttings which come from a male plant. cuttings dont take up alot of space so it is an easy method to use hope this helps. p.s new setup arrives tommrow pics will be up of the new grow soon on my ww journal
