Why are leaves drooping?

I got side by sides of what other plants look like compared to drooping leaves.

Along with some good advice you've already got, if you don't have a fan blowing on your seedling, it's a good idea to do so.
Add some more soil, get some more light, and get some air flow, if you don't already have some.

I think it was to much fan stressing it its the closet one to fan
 
Yes definitely use same media type. And yes it will aid in support using pots half full is kinda pointless
 
I don't see anything wrong with that seedling...and it may just be a " me " thing but I don't like covering or burying my stem with anything... I have before and it's been fine but I get worried it might cause stem rot

Yea I was second guesseing re burring, i just lowerd light. Shes standing strong on her own.
