why does my butthole always hurt?

Maybe your ass is turning into a vagina so there may be a ph balance thing going on there. You may be douching too much. That can interfere with the ph. it should be about 4.5.
check your runoff and adjust appropriately

Hemorrhoids? I have them and yes they burn. See a doctor! Seriously, you want to make sure you don't have a medical issue, and if so the sooner its found the better.
 
Lol nah I love my roomates, if they are doing something like that Im sure Im doing something as payback in the process... theres like an ongoing prankwar and there has been for a few years now.

This gives me a new idea though, a jalapeno cut in half and inserted into their ass while sleeping? I think yes.

Sometimes wearing a thong or super tight fitting pants can cause some discomfort..also sweating and moving around outside can cause chafing...just get some diaper rash cream...it is good for more than just babies..anything that is chafed...

If they use a body wash you could juice a few hot chillies and mix it in the bottle... I'm just sayin... My brothers and I didn't always get along to well... or if they have a particular cup or glass that they love and use most often you can ejaculate into it and then rinse most of it off and chuckle to yourself every time they drink from it... or rub your nob along the rim of their cup, or their glasses etc...
