why does my butthole always hurt?

Didn't bother reading much of the thread but I have seen you in hallucinatory substances so do believe that opiate use could have caused a change in your digestive system. Just a possibility.
 
I once scratched myself wiping with a metal splint. What really helps is pure tea tree oil and after it dries, aloe vera. Also no more anal sex or spicy foods for a while either. Then next time find a partner with a smaller wang and use plenty of lube. You should be good to go.

And I do not use opiates nor cocaine on a regular basis
 
if youre serious and it's been going on for awhile it might be something serious....thats how my crohns started out....pretty much
 
Maybe its pelvic floor muscles. As they weaken you gradually lose control over your penis & butthole functions. :)
