Indoor Sun King

she's doing good.... buddy kept her alive and healthy, I'm rather pleased with his baby-sitting service, no complaints.

It has grown a fair bit in the last 5 days, as buddy gets allot more sun than I do...but I get better air circulation/temps.

buddy is growing (indoor/sunshine) an "Early Wonder Skunk" auto-flower that I gave him...it's a female with a decent cola already. (I'll get some pics of it one day)

the last pic is the male..... we are going for a little swim in the ocean tonight......well not exactly "we"

Really bad turn of events, left to go see mom & dad on friday, just got back an hr ago. My Pineapple Express autos outdoors have suffered.

There were light rains on thursday, & heavy rains here both fri and sat. I'm thinking that all the rain drove my ph up and flushed all the cal/mag out. If anyone else sees something please chime in.

Dang Watts, sorry to see them get like that over some rain. You use CRF's right? Do you think the heavy rain over-saturated the coco mix long enough that the Osmocote dissolved more than normal? Reason I say is it looks more like what newbies do when they over-fert, not so much just a yellowing from cal/mag deficiency. Those leaves got crispy.

I boughtt some 3/4" PVC 3-way fittings to make the corners of a SCROG-like frame but want to make it instead for using up higher to support the plants when they get older. Only worry I have is the string being close to the lights when the plants are young (lights are lower). Anybody think the string would catch fire? Maybe I could get some thick monofilament but it might loosen with lamp heat. Hog wire comes to mind too.
Here's ur answer. Suspend your screen using the corner tent post.

Build an rectangular pvc frame that fits well on the inside of the tent corner post.
It can be held to height by using a clamp on the tent post under the screen (those small orange tipped spring clamps work well) or lash using wire etc.
Use poly coated clothes line for your screen, it's a larger gauge and you can tie to it, its rated for long time outdoor use with intense sunlight, and it's flexible and easy to move the plants through.
Make a 8x8 grid or whatever the math works out to be. Drill holes straight through the pvc and just lace the line.

You'll yr's of use with this and will fit any height.

You know that is a possibility. Been using CRF's for almost 4yrs and have never burnt a plant, and there's even a guarantee Not To Burn,,,, But I've never put them in an over saturated coco environment. And these autos are such light eaters.

So what I've done may be their end. I just FLUSHED them in a slightly heavy ph & cal/mag adjusted water. Guess I'll find out here in a couple of days.

Jela10 did your bean come in yet because I checked my status and I should have mine by the latest Tuesday. Gonna pop them when they get here ASAP.

@ Prae, I think I fix my solution so that I won't kill 120 clones again. I had to cut a opening in my dr150 tent so that the mini split fits in my tent. I cut some Mylar and cover the sides up. It's creates a positive flow in the tent so it has a slight bugle. But it keeps the temps at a constant 70-75 degrees wich then keeps a constant cool water temps for my cloner and dwc moms.

Nizza Seeds have taproots and they seek the res, where clones just have roots no taproot, so they react differently growing...

The mother cheese was not a hermie, but another plant is that room hermied and I must have missed it, cause a few got seeds in the room

So i'm not even sure the seeds are viable? I think she was an auto?
Plants that hermie and make seeds on the same plant will have an almost 100% chance of being hermie. If like in your case where the hermie was another plant, it will reduce the chance of hermie. These seeds will be a cross of the 2 different strains, and the odds of the auto trait coming through are very small. Now the seeds will need at least 4wks on the plant to mature, if they only had a couple wks to mature then they will most likely not germinate. Me I'd throw them out, I have no tolerance for strains that tend to hermie.

The biggest difference between growing out clones vs seeds is the maturity of the plant at the start. Let's say you take clones off a plant that is 8wks old, the clones will carry the genetic info of a plant this age, where a seed is at day 0 in it's maturity. That's why it's best to use clones for the 2L sog setup. Because even though they may be small plants they react like they are older.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Nice haul psil, I wish I could do that, not that advanced yet...
Shit I'm not that advanced yet either this is only my second grow and i dunno wtf happened, maybe my fertilizer got mixed up with jela10's radioactive shit at the factory or maybe it was just all that work i put into the last remodeling of the grow paying off, nah fuck all that it had to be aliens impregnating my girl that caused this...

Damn Psilo, quite a haul! Enjoy your replenished stash :leaf:

What's next on the menu again?
Next on the menu is 2 veneno and 2 buku clones that are currently reveging, i took them a bit late in flower and i am hoping by the time i get done with this upcoming remodel they will be ready to get growing again, i would love to try some new genetics but i don't have any place to ship my seeds to and clones are not an option for me, so i might be stuck with these 2 girls for a while, i do have 1 dinafem moby dick seed laying around here some where though. I was really thinking about dropping the scrog crates and just going with a mainline grow or something but pretty much every branch on that veneno was unable to hold it self up and being held up by the screen, so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do on that yet...
