Aw ok then so the plant uses the root structure it has made through veg to support the final stage.of flowering so.it doesnt need to.grow load more roots to support its self as it has already done that in veg stage

Almost, but you get exactly the point. It will continue to 'grow' as in flower big fat buds. That's the thing, once transitioned it will stop growing (vegetating) and start flowering. It creates roots like it creates branches and stops doing so around the same time. It will continue to grow roots but just a little, nothing compared to what is has done so far. During veg the plant grows roots and stems and leaves, during flower it uses those to create flowers/buds. So like I said in my first reply, it's not worth it at this stage.

And again, even if you had a larger pot to begin with, the roots will continue to grow down till they reach the bottom. Comes with growing in pots, it's not something you can avoid entirely. Doesn't meant the plant is root bound though.
i also have another question lol i have a bigger plant which has a much smaller root system than the plant i am asking about and this plant seems to.be much better than the one which has.filled the same size pot fies the.root size matter

All plants are different. Although more roots is generally better, just because it has a smaller root system doesn't mean there's a link with how it looks. The roots only need to be able to take up enough water and nutrients to reach their genetic potential. Perhaps you should go through some generals of other soil growers here, with comparable size plants and pots, to put your mind at ease.
