the city i'm in, last night we have a 5, 2 involved domestic disputes, one was someone just shot a gun through a car and hit a woman in the chest, the most ugliest is where a 48yr old man shoots his 22yrs old wife and 3 out of the 4 kids survived, and 8yr old died this morning cause of it....most people wonder why i live in the country as i do....

I'm sure Mitch and Rand will be there with thoughts and prayers and the NRA is in full damage control mode, ready with talking points for them and of course culture wars. It will be a good chance to attack Biden over bullshit while they have the spotlight! With those $8,000 dollar new guns just hitting the market, they stand to make a fortune off of morons, stupid enough to pay that kind of money for something that costs a few hundred bucks to make, but hey real soldiers will use them! So, expect them to dump a lot of cash on republican politicians and on PR, since they dumped a lot on the NRA and Pierre needs a new pair of shoes, and they aren't cheap where he shops!

You see, there is nothing that can be done, since the 2nd amendment comes even before the 1st in magat minds and is sacred, written by the hand of Jesus himself! It ties the feds hands, it's a state's right and it ties their hands too, in a constitutional Gordian Knot that turns the US constitution into a suicide pact! Simple logic for simple minds.

Canada has a much lower gun death rate than America and would have an even lower one without smuggled handguns from the land of the not so free, at least according to international reports. You are from "the land of the free and home of the brave", are you not? When was the last time you sang the national Anthem? I would suggest you go out in the backyard and sing it loudly until you learn the words...

Also, your point about broadcast TV and Fox News is a moot point, Fox News isn't broadcast TV so it does not have the same rules.
