Well, Buckster, they already received a $1M settlement from the HOA. Even in today's free money climate a million bucks is a nice piece of change. Crump probably took a third, though.
so the family is not allowed to seek any restitution for the fact that the HOA allowed a psycho to be neighborhood watch (and neighborhood follow and neighborhood shoot)?

there is a difference between "cashing in" and restitution.

only someone with a bitter racial resentment problem like you would confuse the two.

Im not racist but black people like watermelons and fried chicken. Mexican's like tortillas. White people watch HLN and the zimmerman trial... its just people doing people stuff. no racism here. Only look at the facts. zimmerman, clearly, eats a lot of tortilla these days.

other eyewitnesses contradict all of that, too.

other eyewitnesses saw zimm on top.
other eyewitnesses say it was martin screaming for help.
other eyewitnesses say it all happened in the grass.

not sure why you're ignoring the multitude of other witnesses who tell the opposite tale. why ignore the testimony from the woman who saw zimmerman get up and then walk toward the sidewalk, indicating that they were far from the sidewalk at the time of the shot?

i'd tell ya why, but you already know, and i know that you know why.

only if you ignore what all the other witnesses have to say.
Oh, you mean the other witnesses that said they were really too far away to see shit? The ones that stated they couldn't be sure about any of it, but they "think" it was this or that.

As opposed to the witness that was 10-15 feet away and CLEARLY saw the guy in red on the bottom, being beaten and screaming for help. The same witness's testimony you were just relying on to make a point about the direction of the fight.

But you're viewing this like your on the jury, right? Which witness's testimony is more compelling, juror #7?

The only eye witness to the fight in progress was John Good. Mr. Good said it was Trayvon on top. The witness who saw Z get up and walk to the sidewalk, her name is Mora, came out of her condo AFTER the gunshot. She was an eye witness to the aftermath, the fight was done at that point. Nobody testified that Z was on top except Mora and she testified that she saw Z on top and then walk away. Z said as much in his statement, so it corroborates Z's account of the fight.

Geesh, Buck, give it up unless you have something truthful to add. You are probably effective with some of the retards on RIU, but the jury has heard the testimony.

I guess in your world of "reimbursements" your post makes sense.

A prosecutor's job is to administer justice, which means that they do their best to convict people who they believe to be criminals and they do not pursue a prosecution against innocent people. Based on the witnesses so far, which category do you think Z falls into?
You live in a dream world. Justice is administered by the very adversarial, win at almost all cost, System itself.

The Prosecutor's job is to win or deal or dismiss and move up. Justice is certainly not their job. Screwing all caught up in the maw of justice with every trick in the book is the job of the US Prosecutor. You can buy justice in this country, especially in FL, I know for a fact..... if it doesn't get caught up in the media attention.

i see, he should have known his place, right?

why don't you ever ask why zimm didn't stay in his car? zimm said he was in fear after all. do you often follow people out of fear of them?

Fear doesn't mean that a person is frozen in place. Fearful people do stuff despite their fears. Z was asked by the police dispatcher to report if TM did anything else. Z apparently took that to mean, "keep an eye on him", which required Z to see where TM went.

If TM had been smart, he would have gone home when he had ample opportunities to do so. He made a different choice and it turned out badly for him. TM's "place" was at home where the creepy ass cracker could not follow him.

Couldn't agree more. A case like this really drives that point home. Prosecutors job is not the 'truth' it is to WIN. This prosecutors are purposely trying to distort facts and not bring to light certain aspects/testimony. Our justice system is good but far from perfect.

No, there is something fishy about the grass vs the concrete and where they found the body. These little details can be actually asked about in AZ, by the jury. Hundreds of questions from the jury, for every witness.

Justice is their first job. The fact that they happily put people in prison for specious reasons does not change that fact. It is a sad state of affairs. The prosecutors did not want to prosecute Zimmerman, they were forced to do so the race hustlers and the slanderous media.

"we don't need you to do that", yet he kept on following and searching for him. even said so in the interrogations.

good fail.

yep, in your racial world, thew black kid should have known his place and gone home, and the neighborhood WATCH guy was correct to neighborhood follow and neighborhood search.

zimm didn't want to give out his address in case martin was around, what makes you think that martin wanted a possible rapist knowing where he was living?

zimm had followed others to their homes before, by the way.

I didn't realize the jury was allowed to ask questions in AZ. Are you sure of that? Are you referring to a grand jury, or a jury in a trial?

Race Hustlers. What a concept. It is a hustle and a lucrative one if you get in the right groups. A young African American lawyer can make a career on the race hustle. Just like a marijuana attorney. it is a niche.

did you even watch cross? goode couldn't answer anything all that definitively and his whole testimony was littered with hedges of uncertainty.

but i guess people just hear what they want.

Trayvon was afraid Z was going to rape him! Now that is funny. The "rapist" point was raised by Ms. Jeantel and it was funny then too.
