No, what happened is that Z got off of him and Martin folded his own arms under his body, then he died. Face it buck, you are a bigoted, self-loathing, weepy liberal, i.e. a moron.
By the way, Serino was pressured to bring charges against Zimmerman, he did not want to and did not believe a manslaughter charge was prosecutable. Serino believed Zimmerman.

What do you make of Serino's position on this? Serino went back to being a patrol officer because of the political harassment he received to force him to file charges. Serino was under pressure from three African American officers at Sanford PD to file charges (manslaughter) that he knew were unsupportable. Serino believes Zimmerman's story.
This is the Serino you have been touting for a year. How does that make you feel, Buck? Defeated?
Is it too soon to demand Angela Corey's head for this political persecution?

After he is acquitted Maybe they should make him head of the neighborhood watch or even sheriff
I'm sure Tom Petty and other great Floridians would feel better knowing they have a go getter like Zimmerman looking out for them.

Did Zimmerman commit murder 2...not IMO, but manslaughter he did. He will be found guilty on the lesser charge of manslaughter which will be included in the juries instructions. It's a sad day when we have people that really think that Zimmerman did no wrong when he profiled, followed and killed Trayvon.

If it were as you say.....I guess it would go to show that profiling works? After all he did look at him and suspect he was up to no good, and guess what, it turns out he was up to no good
Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman and was lurking around and as it turns out had possibly been involved in burglary before, since he had been caught with burglary tools and jewelery and maybe he was looking for places he could steal from, he aslo may have assaulted a bus driver so no surprise he assaulted Zimmerman, instead of speaking to him, or going home, or calling for help, or knocking on someones door for help.

Wife seems to think it all came down to testimony by GZ about which pocket his cellphone was in and where his weapon was located...she says the way GZ is overselling this testimony to LEO about the phone and weapon area and made it become clear to her that GZ was crafting that part of his story to his benefit...she believes GZ profiled, stalked, chased and as he approached TM he was going for his gun and TM reacted and punched him in the nose, GZ fell hit his head TM gained control and GZ killed him...before today she wasn't so sure...JHHO

Travan was a 17 year old football player. Nobody has managed to explain how Zimmerman managed to chase him down, catch him him and assault him with his nose and head yet...
BTW... The testimony today from the medical examiner stated that the gunshot residue showed that Martin was leaning over zimmerman when he was shot. That makes it hard to explain how Zimmerman was on top.
In addition, if Zimmerman was not on top it seems really strange that Martin would be screaming help like a little girl while in the superior position...
This case is over....

I guess I'm a little confused. Wtf difference does it make where Trayvon's arms ended up. From testimony we know 100% that Trayvon was on top when the pistol was discharged. Whatever Z did with the positioning of his hands after the "kill shot" is highly inconsequential. Unless, he scrawled the N word on his forehead or dressed him up like a schoolgirl, it doesn't have much bearing on what happened BEFORE the shot.
So, there are inconsistencies in his recollection, fine, who wouldn't have inconsitancies under those circumstances? And since there was an eyewitness standing there staring at both of them, giving us a detailed account of what ACTUALLY happened, which happens to verify the IMPORTANT details of the encounter, who the fuck cares where and why his arms were in any position?
Before you start, I know it goes towards credibility. Fine, throw out all of Z's account. They still have to prove it happened differently than he said it did. And from what I've seen so far, they have NOTHING they can introduce as evidence that PROVES he wasn't defending himself. Unless you count a theory based wholly on the assumption that Z is guilty in the first place.
This trial would already be over if Z had only said "I got out of my truck to look for him, he attacked me and I shot him. I recall nothing else." When pressed for ANY other details his only answer is "I don't recall". Now prove that didn't happen...apparently, they wouldn't be able to do so. Cripes, their own witnesses are submarining their case so far.
I sure hope they have something big we haven't seen yet.
