Over 2 million signed up for Obamacare

As an outsider, both the left and the right are arguing over the wrong ideas.

Both sides should see its a doomed from the onset, piece of shit.

Some ideas included in it are good, pre-existing conditions clause for example.

Overall its an underfunded mess, which will STILL have America spending moar per capita than countries with Universal Healthcare.

We even support people financially (prime example being cancer patients) until they are well again, where as you guys have to go into debt for both care and loss of earnings.

Why can't yous stop arguing about it being anything other than the piece of shit it is?

I support a public service with the option of private insurance/care, I support it because I live it and we still pay less per capita than the US...I wonder who's gonna be stupid enough to try call me (of all people) a "leftist" first :)

Republican Idea, Republican plan.

But that is irrelevant. The big problem for the Republicans is all those people who have signed up for Obamacare now and will in the next 3 months are all of voting age. Are the Republicans going to run on repealing obamacare?

Good luck with that one
They are gonna run on repealing obama and his regime

Its been funny to watch your support for Nobamacare dwindle over the last 12 months...it went from you wanting it balls deep to calling it a "Republican plan".

Are you slyly readying yourself for a good rodgering from the "I told you so"-bear?

127 million people cast votes for president in 2012. Let's say 10 million people sign up for Obamacare. That's not even 10% of the voters. I just posted about the most recent CNN/ORC poll, which pegged support for Obamacare at ~35% and opposition to Obamacare at ~60%. I'm not sure why you think those signups would be much of an impediment to running on repealing a program that is dreadfully unpopular and will benefit a relatively small number of people.

Did Obamacare affect you in a negative way?

In most polls, a majority of Americans say they oppose "Obamacare." But a number of recent polls suggest that many of those same people are more supportive of the Affordable Care Act . There’s just one problem: They’re the same thing. A recent CNBC poll found 46 percent of respondents said they are opposed to Obamacare. But only 37 percent of the same people taking part in the poll say they oppose the Affordable Care Act.
So, late-night host Jimmy Kimmel decided to take the seeming contradiction to the next level by filming a video in which he asked people to share their thoughts on Obamacare vs. Affordable Care.
“I just think there’s a lot of holes in it and that it needs to be revamped. I just think it hasn’t been thought out,” one person says when asked why she doesn’t like Obamacare. When asked about the Affordable Care Act, she responds, “It’s better but I’m not happy with that, either.”
“Just the name says it all,” adds another man, who said he’d sign up for the Affordable Care Act but not Obamacare.

This is the level of detail people are paying to one of the most important aspect of their lives and why Obamacare will continue to be a disaster through 2014.

It doesnt mean anything to people until they get their insurance cancelled.

More are winning than losing by a extremly large margin,
That is called a fact. And no matter what kind of PR campaign you mount. You cannot change them

5 million people have been cancelled from their insurance and less than 2 million have signed up for Obamacare.

You say that is winning....

You have the right to be wrong.

Happens every year. And has for the last century
Why is this news now? At Least now the insurance companys can only do it at enrollment and not when you have already paid for it

They don't like it cos it's retarded. When political parties we initially support here pass ridiculous, retarded and completely unworkable legislation, we don't vote for them anymore. Americans are such teamsters yous can't even see a shit sambo for a shit sambo...

It doesnt happen every year. Typically you can re-enroll in your same plan. Now the plan is filled with things like Maternity care for everyone and all kinds of other mandates. It is not the same policy and you keep talking like it is will not change that.

This is a re-distribution of wealth from middle income families to lower income families and from the healthy and young to the older and sicker. It re-distributes wealth based on health and economic conditions.

People are going to feel this in their pocketbooks.

You can get all excited about the website working but that has nothing really to do with Obamacare. What is insurance if you cannot get anyone to take it? How are these poor people going to come up with the thousands and thousands of dollars they have to pay before they complete their deductible requirements? What happens when millions of people can no longer see their doctors? What happens when people find out that top end care hospitals are not even covered under the Obamacare system? What happens when people find out their drugs are not covered and any money paid for them doesnt even add to their deductible limit?

I dont see a way for it to get better in 2014. I have the right to be wrong too though...

Somehow, missing your goal by over 60% is winning for Cheesus and the Democrats and Obama...

I guess if you set the bar low enough, anything can be considered winning.

Not around here. We have had a "new" plan every year for the last 7

Well women dont want to pay for you prostate either

Yeh Obama is a socialist. That is why he has private insurance companys handling this instead of the goverment. Hey doesnt the tea party use socialist and nigger the same way?

Romneycare signed up 123 people it's first month. Why are you so desperate for it to fail?

I guess if you set the bar low enough, anything can be considered winning.

Do you have any new talking points?

I dont need any. The legislation and the administration are doing it daily.
Polls change. What is actually happening and the Republicans have already mentioned this is

People are learning about Obamacare first hand. And it is not as Dire as the right has been saying for the last 3 years. Then add in that it doesnt impact the majority of people and it becomes a moot talking point. Sort of like Benghazi

The employer mandate was delayed for a year. 5 million people getting kicked off their insurance is peanuts compared to the 80+ million that will lose their health care next year. Which is the entire point of my post about 2014.

I am not going to convince you that the lies you have been told are not true so lets wait and see.
