Low IQ yet again linked to conservative ideas and racism

the slave mentality of waiting for Massah to bring you your food and clothing had re-emerged, destroying almost all real progress in the Black Community.
OMFG you just can't make this shit up. he actually believes these crude racial stereotypes too.

Those heartless Conservatives, demand that you stand.

All the Democrats ask is that you Kneel.
not convincing proof of anything other than your racial hate boner.

Here's my proof bucktard.

where's yours?
so that proves that blacks caused and perpetuated their own plight?

that we are able to keep the poverty rate consistently down through the implementation of medicare and expansion of SS only proves that the war on poverty is working. if we went back to pre-war on poverty SS checks and no medicare, the poverty rate would shoot up massively overnight.

you proved nothing. keep trying. do like kynes did and throw some nasty racial stereotypes and blame in there.

I see you are proving me correct again by showing no proof and yelling racist. You would think as much shit I give you, you would try to avoid making me right about you as much as you do.

Watch or listen to the 1960 presidential debate between Nixon and Kennedy and you can were the mentality of the "war on poverty" began and extrapolate.

I have shown you that poverty was steadily declining in this country until we started democratic feel good policies to "help". You have shown that you are not capable of backing up your assertion and cry racist instead.

We've spent over 15T on this war over a 50 year period to maintain status quo, while before your policies it was rapidly declining in this country.

How you can actually believe that this is proof that your policies work is beyond logic.

what would happen to the poverty rate overnight if medicare disappeared and social security was cut back to pre-war on poverty levels?

you should have no problem answering that one, since it should totally prove you right

so go on now, answer those easy questions.

You pose a loaded question that is not the question for the discussion.

Where would be if those programs never existed would be the proper impossible question to answer. I would make an attempt anyway showing better retirement systems than ours and how many people like yourself will never work unless they absolutely have to. But I won't expand until you answer the simple question you so fervently keep avoiding.

When we were on a trajectory to diminish poverty without your type of policies, then your policies are enacted and 50 years and 15T dollars later we have not seen ANY decline, how do you justify those policies as being a success?

I know you can't do it with logic, so go ahead and do it with name calling. There might be some 12 year old here that you convince by doing that.

i did not ask a loaded question, you buffoon. i will repeat it.

if you keep being a pussy and not answering it. i'll even answer it for ya too.

now that's a loaded question, chock full of demonstrably false presuppositions and phony numbers from conservative conspiracy theory websites.

Just because he doesn't believe something does not make it so.

She is absolutely right that there will always be a bottom 20%. The question is, what do we do with them?

She used "predestined" incorrectly. She should have simply stated there will always be a bottom 20%, just as there will always be a top 20%, and a middle 60%.
20+60+20 = 100%, last time I checked.

Not to intrude but we actually have seen a decline in certain groups.

In 1966, 28.5% of Americans ages 65 and over were poor, by 2012 that was down 9.1%

In 1966 41.8 blacks were poor.in 2012 that was down to 27.2%

There seems to a broad consensus that the way the government calculates the poverty rate is wrong though, so who the fuck knows.

You think you would get tired of making me right, but thanks again I guess.

If you take away the social services we would fuck over an entire generation that we taught to depend on it. It would be calamitous at this point to pull the rug out from under them. You can't just undo your bad policies that easily, it would take time and training and an alternative to replace it. We saw what Clinton's welfare reform did for the country, shame you idiots undid his good work. That was just a baby step too. Imagine if we actually did it right.

There, that's another question of yours I somewhat politely answered.

Now, can you please explain how your policies have helped?

The White Man's Burden
Rudyard Kipling, 1899

Take up the White Man's burden--
Send forth the best ye breed--
Go bind your sons to exile
To serve your captives' need;
To wait in heavy harness,
On fluttered folk and wild--
Your new-caught, sullen peoples,
Half-devil and half-child.

Take up the White Man's burden--
In patience to abide,
To veil the threat of terror
And check the show of pride;
By open speech and simple,
An hundred times made plain
To seek another's profit,
And work another's gain.

Take up the White Man's burden--
The savage wars of peace--
Fill full the mouth of Famine
And bid the sickness cease;
And when your goal is nearest
The end for others sought,
Watch sloth and heathen Folly
Bring all your hopes to nought.

Take up the White Man's burden--
No tawdry rule of kings,
But toil of serf and sweeper--
The tale of common things.
The ports ye shall not enter,
The roads ye shall not tread,
Go mark them with your living,
And mark them with your dead.

Take up the White Man's burden--
And reap his old reward:
The blame of those ye better,
The hate of those ye guard--
The cry of hosts ye humour
(Ah, slowly!) toward the light:--
"Why brought he us from bondage,
Our loved Egyptian night?"

Take up the White Man's burden--
Ye dare not stoop to less--
Nor call too loud on Freedom
To cloke your weariness;
By all ye cry or whisper,
By all ye leave or do,
The silent, sullen peoples
Shall weigh your gods and you.

Take up the White Man's burden--
Have done with childish days--
The lightly proferred laurel,
The easy, ungrudged praise.
Comes now, to search your manhood
Through all the thankless years
Cold, edged with dear-bought wisdom,
The judgment of your peers!

115 years later, and Leftism is still chanting the same song.

since it is clear that ginwilly will never answer my question, which is not loaded, i will just say it.

without the war on poverty, our poverty rate after the last recession would have been 29% instead of 16%.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/economy/study-us-poverty-rate-decreased-over-past-half-century-thanks-to-safety-net-programs/2013/12/09/9322c834-60f3-11e3-94ad-004fefa61ee6_story.html

Not sure what that comment was, prolly Sowell hating, just a guess tho.

It must suck to have a social construct you have "worked" so hard to erect around yourself, simply be blown over and ruined by a slight breeze and expose its weakness. Crying is much better than building a better, stronger one.

the whole rant of yours was retarded and racist, but this is perhaps the stupidest part, and perhaps the most racist. it is certainly the most willfully ignorant of basic historical facts.

keep on telling us all about the superiority of white european culture while making crude and false stereotypes of anything you view as black culture, all while proclaiming yourself to not be racist, and just see if anyone believes you.
with the birth of the enlightenment age, YOUR view was the repulsive afterbirth.
a paternalistic and insulting opinion that blacks are incapable of taking care of themselves, and it is the duty of those with more to help them discover the joys of modernity, even if you had to put them in chains to do it.
and if you happen to make a tidy profit while doing it, so much the better.

ohh those poor slaves, not recognizing the joys of Liberalism, even when it was thrust upon them.

most of society long ago discarded those views but you lefties just hold on to those outmoded and paternalistic beliefs.
poor ignorant savages can't take care of themselves without your help, advice and guidance, but you have expanded it to include EVERYBODY, not just the groups that liberalism previously declared inferior through the "Science" of Eugenics (lol Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood)

Now the left wants to control everybody, and they want to do it with the Koch Brother's money, since those bastards deserve to be paupered for the enrichment of the poor
and if a little (or a lot) of the Koch Brother's dirty money sticks to good clean liberal fingers during the transfer, well thats ok, isnt it?

shit even just 100 or so years ago your depraved and repugnant views were Mainstream:

She is absolutely right that there will always be a bottom 20%. The question is, what do we do with them?
The questions are: what is it inside you that compels you to need to decide for them? Do you find the lower 20 burdensome or is your heart simply bleeding for them? How much of your personal excess and blessing have been voluntarily pledged above and beyond what is legislated compulsory for a cause you truly believe in?

I would ask her the same.
