Then who has the rights and duties to your body and mind? Who owns the economic benefits of your labor? Since you state that you cannot own yourself, then who or what determines what you will eat, do or think throughout your life?
Since you do not own yourself, then you also cannot own intellectual property or original ideas.
Human rights don't come from being property, they come from being human.
You have stated unequivocally that you cannot take unowned resources and put them to your own personal gain. You don't have any rights to unowned resources, so stop breathing the air that you don't own, but which you use for your own personal gain.
No. I did not state unequivocally anything like that, ya dummy. As to my right to breathe, human rights don't come from being property, they come from being human.
You have stated the belief that property rights come from Government. Which particular government agency is in charge of your rights anyway? And wouldn't it be better to use the term "ownership Privileges" instead of "rights" seeing as rights cannot come from any construct of man?
Property rights come from government. In order to have such a "right", force is required in addition to the consent of one's community. If said -- yes I agree actually, ownership privileges -- are violated one has recourse only through force or one's community.
