Those holes should barely impact performance, aesthetics are important (for some)I will only take looks so far but function trumps fashion.
I,'ll keep it clean as possible but I'm not popping holes in the bars

My intent is the AL tubes are reusable the only holes I want are the cpu cooler hold down pointsThose holes should barely impact performance, aesthetics are important (for some)
Yeah, that whole modular thing pretty much rocks, you get enough of something together it starts to feel like playing with Legos!my overall intent is make a clean looking bar that I can makeover when the tech changes
also to make a simple clean repeatable process that I can bang out bars with ease
Ha ! nobody caught It ?10 of these Puppies showed up gonna mount under the driver outta sight
all the fan tie into that & a extra space to jump to another bar if needed View attachment 3605894
comes with velcro , 5 pin PCB to full molex
that's a 2 gallon water jug smaller than a 5 gallon that's it's sitting on
lol you should see my 2 fixtures, totally hilly-billy style, the good thing is I got the lights hung high enough that I dont have to constantly look at the mess on top of the heatsinks!View attachment 3607293
I ran mine through my fins and aluminum angle. Also nothing but solder.I love that mine has no wagos or the like sticking out.
nope, avoid silicon at all costssilicone easliy sliced off AL
You may want to look into some grommets for those holes. At the least, check the wire casing from time to time to make sure it doesn't wear through. The black plastic lining shown a couple posts back could be used as well.View attachment 3607293
