i'd think that they should come back.. I know a few years ago, when we had a few attacks one after the other it seemed, we did lose a few pix here and there, and it took them a good while to get the site back up and running at full potential..
the way I see it, I think they worry about getting the site back up and running first, then they go back and work out the bugs, like pix and videos and what not.. i'm so not techy, but it also seems that the uploading files option would be a pretty big area that would be more open to an attack, but this is strictly a guess on my part..

The pics will come back. They do the essentials first and then come back and handle the rest.
Give them time, they're actually pretty damned good at dealing with DDoS attacks for as small an outfit as RIU is.

If pic's come back, it will probably only be the most recent of them. I've lost so many threads and pic's over the many years I've been here, it's become a running joke. I've cut back my postings on my grows 90% because of it. Why spend the time when you know it's only a matter of time before it's gone.
