Study: Hillary Clinton’s TV ads were almost entirely policy-free

She still won by 3 million votes.

She lost 3 key states by very narrow margins. The general polls consensus said 3% lead, she won by 2.1% well within the margin of error. 53.9% did not vote for Trump.

So I don't understand all the analysis about why she lost. It was 100,000 votes in 3 key states with a lot of voters buying into lies about jobs.

It was a goddamn fluke, and there's a lot of buyer's remorse going on right now.

so you don't think that those issues are what democrats in congress, governor's chairs, state legislatures, and the like are fighting for?

are you literally blind?
Look Man, the fucking Democrats can't even muster up a credible fight against an Attorney General who perjured himself to Congress.

I'd love to see that list list championed by someone willing to give it more than lip service... before swallowing.

True.

Let's see if the party establishment learned a damned thing.

My money is on 'no'. Anyone want to take my bet?

I'll bet you $5 that virtually anyone will beat Trump in 2020.

He will never have a high approval rating. Too stupid to shut the fuck up and stay off twitter.

LOL I won't take that bet for a quarter!

And it isn't the one I proposed, either.

I fervently hope you're right, but I'm not confident in the American voter's ability to vote for their own best interest anymore.

Did you?

Tell us how much difference it made, while you're up there on your high horse.
i sure did.

would have made more of a difference if even devout liberals wouldn't have thought that contacting your senators is a high-horse dickhole type of move.

Your whole existence is a waste of time. You know what to do. Grow a pair and just do it.

I'm not denigrating your participation, only your attitude about it.

The problem is that they aren't listening to us, we don't pay well enough.

listening requires a voice there to be heard.
I don't think I'm alone when I say I just don't think they care.

That might be a pessimistic attitude, but it's time to acknowledge that when a party is no longer trusted by the people it purports to represent, silence is the result.

I'm going to join a socialist movement. The Democratic Party needs to earn my vote and attention, I'm under no obligation to give them.

No, but the target is the 2020 election. Which will be easier with an asshole incumbent.

Hillary wasn't the greatest speaker I ever heard and she still won by 3 million.

This is no time to give up the ship. All the pressure is on them and they aren't handling it very well, are they?
