Bernie Sanders 2020

Sanders universal healthcare bill doesn't ban private insurance. It bans private insurance that covers what his bill covers. Anything his bill does not cover remains legal, like cosmetic surgery or liposuction

17 Billion Americans like the healthcare they have. Well, The new healthcare program offered by Sanders bill is supported by an overwhelming majority of Democratic voters, and it covers more. So if 85 billion Americans already like their plan, 97 billion more will like the new one better, because it offers more, at better quality, at half the price. It covers more and costs less and every other modern country already does it.

Name a talk Sanders hasn't walked. He's a man of the people with a 40 year career to prove it
Your desperation is palpable.

You said Sanders bill bans private insurance when it doesn't

The desperation is that I should oppose Warren instead of Biden when I already support Warren

Biden is tanking in the polls, the only lifeline you have left.. If it's Warren v Sanders, I'm satisfied with either outcome because I ultimately support both candidates. Biden, and you, and those that support him can rightly go fuck yourselves
Instead of talking out your ass, cite something from a reputable source that says Bernie's bill does not end private healthcare coverage for practically everybody.

Also, I'm waiting for the anti-Warren propaganda. It's coming and Sanders isn't going to say squat when she's flamed by fake news coming from his benefactor, Putin. Then you mindless Bernie Zombies from 2016 will shamble about repeating it.

It's coming. When it does you'll have a story that makes as much sense as the fake shit you say about Bernie's healthcare programs and Biden. But you'll steadfastly gnaw on it like a zombie does with a human femur.

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as prohibiting the sale of health insurance coverage for any additional benefits not covered by this Act, including additional benefits that an employer may provide to employees or their dependents, or to former employees or their dependents.

I like Warren. I support most of her political positions

You should fire whatever strategist you sucked off that told you to try to discredit Warren.. All of your detractors support her because they don't suck people off to convince them otherwise. They don't need to.

LOL You didn't read your own post.

"It shall be unlawful to sell health insurance coverage that duplicates the benefits provided under this Act". Medicare offers everything from preventive healthcare exams, x-rays, surgical procedures, pre-natal care, wheel chairs, hospital beds, in other words most of what patients need is what is "covered by this Act". Private insurers are prohibited from providing benefits that are covered by Medicare.

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as prohibiting the sale of health insurance coverage for any additional benefits not covered by this Act, including additional benefits that an employer may provide to employees or their dependents, or to former employees or their dependents.
As you say in your post, insurance companies will be prohibited from offering anything that Medicare offers. Only supplemental insurance will be allowed.

That certainly shut your cock holster, didn't it
No, it did not. It proved my point. Thanks.

Its just a matter of time before the propaganda machine is aimed at Warren. You'll fall in line, mindlessly.

Tell me again that insurance companies can duplicate what Medicare offers even though Bernie's plan -- in a passage that you cited -- prohibits exactly that. What a mindless idiot.

You said M4A criminalizes private insurance

It doesn't

M4A criminalizes duplicate insurance, anything M4A already covers. You can have private insurance for anything the bill doesn't cover all you want. The bill simply covers those that can't afford basic healthcare, and it includes reproductive rights along with it, something Biden opposes

And when we don't, because we like Warren, too?

Even if Warren defeats Sanders, I would support her, because I actually support most of her platform, even though I support Sanders more.

Insurance companies cannot duplicate what M4A offers. You read it wrong.. M4A offers X insurance, any private insurance that also offers X insurance is illegal. You wanna offer Y insurance that M4A doesn't cover, Y insurance is completely legal. Y Insurance is private insurance not covered by X Insurance for all, totally legal..

M4A does not eliminate private insurance

Prohibit, I said prohibit. Jeez man, you are losing your mind.

Read the words in the Act's summary at the header:

https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1384

Shown Here:
Introduced in House (02/27/2019)

Medicare for All Act of 2019

This bill establishes a national health insurance program that is administered by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Among other requirements, the program must (1) cover all U.S. residents; (2) provide for automatic enrollment of individuals upon birth or residency in the United States; and (3) cover items and services that are medically necessary or appropriate to maintain health or to diagnose, treat, or rehabilitate a health condition, including hospital services, prescription drugs, mental health and substance abuse treatment, dental and vision services, and long-term care.

The bill prohibits cost-sharing (e.g., deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments) and other charges for covered services. Additionally, private health insurers and employers may only offer coverage that is supplemental to, and not duplicative of, benefits provided under the program.

Health insurance exchanges and specified federal health programs terminate upon program implementation. However, the program does not affect coverage provided through the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Indian Health Service.

The bill also establishes a series of implementing provisions relating to (1) health care provider participation; (2) HHS administration; and (3) payments and costs, including the requirement that HHS negotiate prices for prescription drugs.

Individuals who are age 18 or younger, age 55 or older, or already enrolled in Medicare may enroll in the program starting one year after enactment of this bill; other individuals may buy into the program at this time. The program must be fully implemented two years after enactment.

Right there in bold print. Private health insurers may only offer supplemental coverage. The entire private insurance market that provides coverage that more than a hundred million people say they like will be prohibited. Health insurance exchanges will end. All other federal health programs that provide duplicate coverage will end. The only program not affected are the VA medical benefits to veterans.

Now go make up some more words that I didn't say.

You mindless idiots eventually turn on everybody who opposes Sanders. It's just a matter of time.

The bill doesn't eliminate anyones coverage. It expands coverage to 30 million more Americans. The bill doesn't eliminate the private insurance industry. It eliminates duplicate coverage for any company that M4A already covers. If you want to get fat sucked from your ass, you can go to any private practice that supports sucking fat from your fat ass, sucking fat away from your fat ass is a waste of social resources, that's why you'll have to wait in line since it's an elective procedure that doesn't threaten your life.

Sry, fat boi. Try running or dieting while you wait for the lipo? Practice a bit of self control at the buffet table.

The only insurance that's banned is the private insurance that covers whats already covered under M4A because millions of Americans can't afford basic coverage. This enures they have coverage

If you want to get a nose job or liposuction, feel free to pay a little bit more out of pocket to get it, and forgive the guy who needs a new kidney, he might take priority over your pretty new nose, call the police about it

You might need to wait and see if Warren wins the primary, so that when she is then going against dear leader the trolls will then turn on her, right now might be too early while they try to take out Biden.
