I think you're misunderstanding my point, which is that racism is rampant in American justice today. If course it's unacceptable and those who perpetuate it must be held accountable. The first thing to acknowledge is the nature and scope of the problem.

I do, I know this isn't happening in a vacuum.
Let us hope that rather than seeing it as another time a black guy got found guilty of something, we see it as the first of many times anybody in the police who kills someone in outright stupidity like this, regardless of their race, gets found guilty.

Our words can as easily be our prisons as our salvation.

One avenue is protest. Another is to vote out those who would defend an AG who won't prosecute cops in the face of obvious criminal behavior.

Yeah , am pretty conversant with what has been happening.

Someone recently posted a pic of a cop that was accused of rape, I thought kids coloured him with a sharpie, before I read the subtitles... it was nail scratches... it was like a lion's mane was drawn on him in nails. Speechless.

I remember when they jumped me. Difference is I sent one flying into the sink/toilet before they could get me down. Took 12 of them. Pussies waited until I was cuffed up to start roughing me up. Tried to choke me out by putting my throat on me property box with their knees on my back/neck. Thinking back on it now I would never have let them cuff me. If I’m going down. I’m going down swinging. All of that was over a set of dominoes they took out of my cell during a search. All I did was ask for them back.
