Incentives in situations when people are paid for services / jobs are usually to continue to get paid. If they have no competition and you're forced to pay them anyway.....how does that incentivize good service?

I willingly accept a lot of differences of opinion, but calling names and using slurs is just not acceptable to me. It angers me a bit. We are all here for the same reasons, and should be able to have a debate on the merits without being reduced to name-calling. And I agree, history will not look kindly on trumpers.
