Nice. I did notice on one of the last pictures you posted, the cap looked bruised and soggy. How do you know what’s safe and what’s not with the blue/green colors?

got a golden halo syringe coming in. So trying to learn the how to’s rn

Yea my biggest mushroom was pushing against the neighbor cake and that cap was a little soggy but its dried up and seems to be fine, i was under the impression that you would know immediately if your fruit was contaminated

any thoughts on the drying process. I would think like cannabis, when drying the slower the better.

I was thinking getting like a shorty gg tent with exhaust and trim net to dry shrooms on instead of the dehydrator.
Any info on this? Maybe @canndo

Ok so heres how its looking today... noticing some fuzzy feet on a few mushrooms and also on of my jars that i cased is not fruiting but the mycelium is searching for FAE? Water? Can anyone give any advice or guidance

Complete opposite of cannabis. You want to dry them as fast as possible with as little heat as possible. Put a fan directly on them or use a dehydrator on the lowest setting.

Yep that's what im doing, i choose to put them on the top of my grow light because theres a fan blowing on them and a carbon filter pulling air above. The 40 grams fresh harvest from the first cake was only 6 grams 24 hours later...

After searching threw reddit it seems my first flush of 40 grams fresh from the first cake was pretty good hopefully the other 14 and the monotub will be even better. Definitely picking up a 23qt pressure cooker on payday. Im about to go full on mushroom factory...

Absolutely look into oven tek inoculation...inoculation is the biggest risk for contamination ive never used them and i dont trust Amazon shipping practices or materials handling to be any where near sterilized but it could work. You have enough spores to experiment with though pick up some jars or something its cheap bro

If i was you id go with uncle bens tek to bulk monotub you can start right now just head to Walmart and pick up 2 packs of uncle bens brown rice noc with 1/2cc on the top and bottom you can see it colonize in the clear plastic window on thw bottom of the pouches after fully colonized spawn to coco and verm less than 20 bucks youll have shrooms in 45 days

That sounds like a plan! I already bought the substrate though. Looks promising ha

might try a little uncle Ben though.
Can I get a more descriptive step by step.

this would be my first time
